What forms of payment are acceptable?
We accept Visa, Mastercard and
American Express. Through the mail we accept personal checks, money orders
and bank checks as well as credit cards. Please allow additional time for
personal checks to clear.

receive an order confirmation?
We will confirm your online order
once your credit card has been authorized. Along with your confirmation
you will receive your order number which will allow you to check on the status
of your order either online or by telephone.

We'll email you a
confirmation once your order has shipped. Whether you place your order
online or via telephone, you can check your order status online 24 hours after

How do I know if something is on back order?
If you select an item that is currently on backorder, a prompt will appear on
the order page to let you know when it will be available for shipping. If
an item becomes permanently unavailable after you place your order, we will
notify you
via email as quickly as possible, usually within 24 hours.

How do I have something gift wrapped?
Most of our items other than furniture can be gift wrapped. Our
Premier Gift Wrapping
Service allows you to completely personalize your gift through hand-selecting from our fine paper
collections. Please
specify the collection you prefer for each gift during the checkout process.

How do I have something monogrammed?
We offer monogramming in both the traditional and modern styles. *******
Traditional three-initial monograms can be done either for an individual or
family. The design for an individual features the initials in the order of
first name, last name, then middle initial. For a couple the order would
read husband's first
name, couple's last name, wife's first name. Both forms feature the
family
name initial (middle character) as slightly larger and raised.
Modern three-initial monograms are fashioned with the initials listed in name
order - first, middle, last - and all the same size.
We also offer single-initial monograms where, usually, the family sire name is
characterized. A nick-name initial can also be fun.
Monogramming is available where indicated. Please specify which type of
monogram and the initial/s you prefer in the space provided on the order page.
Please allow 2 - 3 weeks for delivery.
How is sales tax calculated?
Sales tax is charged according to the laws of the state to which an item is
shipping and is automatically calculated during the checkout process. Some
states charge tax on delivery charges and/or food items. If an item is
taxable in your state the tax will be automatically added to your order during
checkout.

What shipping options are available?
We ship mainly via UPS and FedEx - please be aware, neither can deliver to post
office boxes. If using a post office box is necessary, please call our
Customer Assistants at

customercare@fawbushschulz.com to place your order and arrange delivery. The same rates apply.
Standard Delivery - items in stock are shipped from New York and will arrive within
five to seven business days from the date of your order. If an item is not
in stock, we will advise you via email and ask if the eta meets your needs.
Express 3 Day Delivery
- is available for most items. Your purchases will arrive within three business days
by end of day if
your order is received by 12 pm Eastern. Later orders will be considered
for this delivery, please telephone (914) 747-9448 and inquire.
Express 2 Day Delivery - is available for most items. Your purchases will arrive within two business days
by end of day if
your order is received by 12 pm Eastern. Later orders will be considered

White Glove Delivery
Some furniture and other heavy items require special handling and receive our
White Glove Delivery service. We will call you to schedule a delivery time
and bring the merchandise directly to your door, place it in your desired
location, unpack it, dispose of the packing materials and and perform simple
assemblies.
If this delivery option is necessary it will be indicated in parentheses after
the
item description along with the cost and automatically added to your order

Return Policy
What is the Fawbush & Schulz return policy?
We want you to have the best shopping experience ever. If you are not
entirely satisfied with your order, please return it in it's original packaging
within 30 days of the date of purchase for a full refund, credit or exchange
depending on the form of payment less service and delivery charges.
Returns with the original purchase receipt or packing slip will be refunded or
exchanged in the original tender less service and delivery charges.
Returns with a gift receipt, will be exchanged or refunded for the value
indicated on the gift receipt in the form of a merchandise credit less service
and delivery charges.
Returns without the original purchase receipt or packing slip, including gift
certificate purchases, will be exchanged or refunded at the current selling
price in the form of a merchandise credit less service and delivery charges.

How do I return an item if I no longer have the packing slip?
If you do not have your original invoice/packing slip or gift receipt, please
include a document with your return shipment that includes the following:
Your name as it appeared as the Bill To on the order
Billing address
Your daytime telephone number
Order Number or date of order placement
Item Number and brief Description
Reason for the return
Action to be taken - replace, exchange, credit or refund in original tender
Ship To address if different from the Bill To
