Delivery
We make every
effort to ship your items as quickly as possible. In stock items
usually ship the same day if the order is in by noon. Out of stock
items usually ship within 1 - 2 weeks, and we will advise you of stock
status within one to two business days of order placement.
Available Shipping Options
We ship mainly via UPS, FedEx and USPS - please be aware, UPS & FedEx cannot deliver to post
office boxes. If using a post office box is necessary, please call our

Standard Delivery - items are shipped from New York and will arrive within
five to seven business days from the date of your order.
Express 3 Day Delivery
- is available for most items. Your purchases will arrive within three business days
by end of day if
your order is received by 12 pm Eastern. Later orders will be considered
for this delivery, please telephone 914.747.9448 and inquire.
Express 2 Day Delivery - is available for most items. Your purchases will arrive within two business days
by end of day if

Calculation of Shipping and Handling Charges
They are based on the total order shipping to each address you specify.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are shipped free of charge unless you require Expedited
Shipping which can be added for a fee of $15.00.
Special Shipping Conditions
Oversize merchandise some times require additional delivery time and the use of
special carriers. If special delivery conditions apply to an item, there
will be an indicator in parentheses after the item description as well as in
your shopping bag once the item is added.
White Glove Delivery
Some furniture and other heavy items require special handling and receive our
White Glove Delivery service. We will call you to schedule a delivery time
and
bring the merchandise directly to your door, place it in your desired location,
unpack it, dispose of the packing materials and and perform simple assemblies.
If this delivery option is necessary it will be indicated in parentheses after
the
item description along with the cost and automatically added to your order
during check out.
